Seahawks Sign DT Damon Harrison To Active Roster, Place TE Greg Olsen On Injured Reserve – Seahawks.com

The Seahawks made a series of roster moves on Monday, including signing DT Damon “Snacks” Harrison to the active roster and moving TE Greg Olsen (foot) to injured reserve.

Harrison was signed to the Seahawks’ practice squad in October before playing his first game in Week 10 against the Rams. He played again last Thursday against the Cardinals, picking up his first tackle as a Seahawk. After two games up from the practice squad, it looks like Snacks is here to stay.

Olsen left Thursday’s win with what Pete Carroll described as a “fascia tear” injury. In 10 games this season, Olsen leads all Seahawks tight ends in catches (23) and receiving yards (224). The earliest he would be eligible to return is in three weeks, but Olsen’s recovery and injury severity will determine whether or not that is possible.

In addition, the Seahawks moved two members of their practice squad to injured reserve, running back Bo Scarbrough and tight end Stephen Sullivan. Scarbrough made his Seahawks debut against the Cardinals on Thursday, rushing for 31 yards before exiting with a hamstring injury. Sullivan, a 2020 seventh-round pick from LSU, has played one game this season in Week 8 against the 49ers.

The Seahawks also signed C Brad Lundblade to the practice squad on Monday. Lundblade went undrafted out of Oklahoma State in 2018 and has spent time with the Seahawks, Bengals, Panthers and Jets.  The Seahawks also re-signed CB DeMarkus Acy to the practice squad this past Saturday.
